there is a program called Cain and Able that will look up the hash or encrypted code/hash and break it. Not too difficult but not simple either.

Your best bet is to search for a program called computer management. if you are on xp it is in the windows/system32 folder. it will be large list of programs just look for it alphabetically. next thing you do is run that and go to the tab on the side called accounts. right click and create a new admin account, put it with a password you recognize, and wvala you have full access to your computer.
